Our driver arrives at your flat on time. We load your room contents carefully and handle building access including stair-carry for no-lift buildings — very common in the student areas of Gràcia and Eixample.
Delivered to your new place
We deliver to your new address and unload everything in your new room. For longer-term storage between academic years, ask about our storage add-on.

When is the busiest period for student moves in Barcelona?
The two main peaks are: late July to mid-August (end of academic year, lease-end move-outs) and the second and third weeks of September (new academic year move-ins for UB, UPC, and UPF). UPF also has a February intake for some programmes. International students and Erasmus arrivals often come one to two weeks before term starts. Book at least two to three weeks ahead for July–August and September slots.
I'm only moving my room from a shared flat — can you do a partial load?
Yes. Partial loads (moving just your bedroom and personal items from a shared flat) are one of our most frequent student requests. You're not paying for space you don't use. A typical student room move — clothes, bedding, a few boxes, maybe a small desk chair — fits in an LWB van and takes 1.5–2 hours. Fixed price from €80 for a local Barcelona partial-room move.
Which university areas do you know well?
We cover all three main Barcelona university clusters: UB (Gran Via campus in Eixample, Zona Universitaria near Les Corts for science faculties, postcode 08007), UPC (Barcelona Nord campus in Sant Martí, postcode 08019, and Diagonal campus near Les Corts), and UPF (El Born/Ciutadella campus in Sant Martí, postcode 08003, and Diagonal Mar campus). We know the local parking restrictions, building access patterns, and typical student flat stock around each campus.
I'm an international student moving to Barcelona for the first time — what should I know?
Most international students arrive with personal items and clothes but not furniture — Barcelona flats near universities are usually furnished. You mainly need to move bags, books, a laptop, and small items. An LWB van is almost always sufficient. Do you offer student moves between Barcelona and other Spanish cities?
Yes. Students finishing Erasmus or a year abroad and returning to Madrid, Valencia, or their home city, or moving to Barcelona from elsewhere in Spain, are a regular part of our work. Fixed prices for student long-distance moves are lower than full household removal rates because the volume is typically one room's worth. Contact us for a quote on your specific route.
