1. Service Provider

Man With A Van Barcelona provides removal, man-and-van, furniture delivery, and related services in Barcelona and the wider metropolitan area. By booking a service with us, you agree to these terms.

2. Quotes and Pricing

All quotes are fixed-price based on the information provided at the time of booking. Quotes are valid for 7 days. The quoted price covers the service as described — if the scope changes materially on the day (e.g. significantly more items than declared, or access conditions materially different from those described), we reserve the right to revise the price before proceeding.

3. Booking Confirmation

A booking is confirmed when you receive a written confirmation from us via email or message. Verbal agreements are not binding.

4. Cancellation

• More than 48 hours notice: Full refund of any deposit paid.
• 24–48 hours notice: 50% of the quoted price may be retained.
• Less than 24 hours notice: The full quoted price may be charged.

5. Access and Delays

You are responsible for ensuring correct access conditions at both collection and delivery addresses — including lift availability, floor access, parking arrangements, and building entry. If we are unable to complete the job due to inaccurate access information provided at booking, the full quoted price applies.

6. Insurance

We carry goods-in-transit insurance and public liability insurance on all jobs. Items are covered from the point of loading to the point of placement at the destination. You must notify us of any exceptionally high-value items (over €1,000 per item) at the time of booking so that appropriate coverage can be confirmed.

We are not liable for damage to items that are not properly packed or that you have declined our offer to pack, or for pre-existing damage to fragile or antique items.

7. Parking and Access Fines

We take all reasonable steps to use authorised loading bays and parking areas. If a fine is incurred as a direct result of access information you provided being inaccurate (e.g. no loading bay exists at the stated address), this cost may be passed on to you.

8. ZER Compliance

Our entire fleet meets Euro 4 or higher emissions standards and is compliant with Barcelona's Zona d'Emissions Restringides (ZER). No surcharge is applied for ZER zone access.

9. Claims

Any claim for loss or damage must be reported in writing within 24 hours of job completion. Claims reported after this period cannot be accepted. Contact us at info@manwithavanbarcelona.com.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Barcelona.
